How to Book a Holiday Package
1. CLICK HERE to complete the online enquiry form.
2. We will send a return email to answer your query or confirm availability, then we will send a link to pay booking deposit.
Please note that we rely on the information you give in your booking form, including details about riding experience, height and weight. We need this information to plan your visit and ensure we have suitable horses. If there are inaccuracies we may need to change your itinerary or even ask you not to ride, so please complete the form accurately.
3. We receive your deposit and confirm bookings and arrangements.
4. You enjoy your holiday.
5. Balance is due on departure.
If you cancel more than 21 days before your arrival date, you can transfer the deposit to another date or you can get your deposit back.
If you cancel less than 21 days before your arrival date, your can transfer your deposit to another date, but your deposit can not be refunded.
We will send you an email containing a link which will have your booking reference number. You can use this to pay your deposit by secure online payment.
