Bel-Air
– a country house hotel within easy reach of
Dublin
In an age of indistinguishable chains of
concrete hotels, Bel-Air shines through. It is an oasis in
the desert; a country house of character and a location of
charm and beauty. Wicklow, of course, is far from being a
desert. It is renowned as “The Garden of
Ireland”, but if the thirst should
come upon you, you will find refreshment in abundance and
probably a bit of craic in the hotel
bar.
Each of the ten bedrooms has
its own unique charm. They range from comfortable to
grand and are all en-suite and equipped with telephones,
televisions and other new fangled things. The views from
the rooms at the side of the house is over woods,
rhododendrons and the picturesque stable yard. Those at
the front have stunning views down towards the
sea.

Dining at Bel-Air, as you
might expect, is a symphony of the finest local produce,
all home cooked and delicious. Full Irish breakfast is
cooked to order, and you can really taste the difference.
The porridge is very special but if you prefer there is a
variety of cereals, juices and fruit to choose from. Tea,
coffee and homemade scones are available anytime of the
day.
At Bel-Air we pride ourselves of friendly service and attention
to detail. We will endeavour to make your stay a pleasant and
memorable one, whether you ride or not.
Bel-Air Hotel is Bord Failte
approved, and a member of the Irish Hotels
Federation.
